About Popium
Popium is a pop culture platform designed for music superfans. We provide real-time charts, community features, interactive content, and a gamified experience centered around pop music and artists. We also operate a Founders Program that offers early access and exclusive benefits to early supporters.

Popium may display images, metadata, and other content (such as album artwork, artist photos, and chart data) that are publicly available from third-party services such as Spotify, Twitter, and other music and social media platforms. This content is used under principles of fair use and fair dealing for editorial and informational purposes only.
Popium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Meta, Google, or any music artist featured on the platform. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. No endorsement or sponsorship is implied by the display of third-party content.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Founders Program
Our Founders Program offers early access, exclusive badges, and other benefits to early supporters. Participation in the program is subject to additional terms and conditions that may be communicated separately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Founders Program as needed.
